About the event
The school year is winding down. The to-do lists, the carpools, the late nights, the weight of other people's needs — you've been carrying a lot. This is your invitation to put it all down and rest.
Join us for a gentle, restorative group Reiki experience in an intimate home setting, designed for women who are ready to exhale.
Reiki is an energy healing practice that supports the body's natural ability to relax, release, and restore.
During our time together, you'll rest comfortably on a mat or in a chair while soft music plays. Your host, Vicki, will move through the space offering individual and collective energy work as you settle into stillness.
